Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + superannuation

Commercial & Residential builder constructing Low Rise, Medium Density and complex fit out projects up to $25m.

A small tight knit builder with solid systems and a healthy pipeline of projects to come are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a $9m High End Apartment project in Essendon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Direct all on-site activities from inception to completion, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Subcontractor Management: Lead and supervise diverse trades and site personnel to maintain high performance and accountability.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold rigorous OH&S; standards and ensure all government-mandated quality requirements are met.
- Program Delivery: Drive construction schedules, proactively resolve site-based issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved within budget.
- Stakeholder Liaison:



Act as a primary point of contact for consultants, inspectors, and project stakeholders on site.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on Multi-Res & commercial projects.
- A strong understanding of project management from inception to completion.
- The ability to lead a site team, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control.
- Experience using Construction related softwares such as Hammertech, Aconex, Visibuild
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
