The Workforce Unit is a small friendly team in a quick-paced hospital environment. As an Allocations Officer in this team, you will coordinate staffing resources for our Clinical teams across the hospital.

- Work closely with the Hospital Coordinator to allocate nurses and midwives to shift vacancies
- Provide excellent customer service for nurses and midwives
- Attend to general office administration duties

you are committed to building exceptional customer relationships with nurses and midwives.

- Have experience in office environments
- Demonstrate customer service with an outstanding phone manner
- Demonstrate high-level office skills with an eye for detail and excellent time management skills
- Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data entry, preferably in Allocation systems

- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
