As a Senior Accountant, you’ll manage a portfolio of sophisticated clients and play a hands‑on role in shaping strategies that matter. Your expertise will influence decisions and strengthen relationships.
This role needs someone who thrives in client‑facing roles and enjoys solving complex problems. With strong technical skills and commercial acumen, and the confidence in managing relationships and delivering results, you will add value to the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships and deliver proactive, strategic advice
- Prepare financial statements across a range of entities
- Analyse management accounting reports
- Conduct tax compliance reviews (tax returns, FBT returns)
- Collaborate with senior leadership on complex matters
- Mentor junior team members within a high‑performing team
- Identify opportunities to add value and deepen client relationships
- Contribute to the firm’s growth and market reputation
What We're Looking For
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
- 3+ years’ experience in business services or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
- Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring others
