Lives Lived Well in Rockhampton is seeking a Full Time Youth AOD Counsellor Case Manager to support clients aged 12 to 25 in ongoing management, counselling and treatment of alcohol and other drugs. The role is based at our Rockhampton site, 38 hours per week, contracting until 30 June 2027.
You will work with a team of clinicians, engage stakeholders, manage a caseload, and deliver assessments, care planning and brief interventions.
