Entry Level Customer Service Representative – E-Commerce & Customer Support

Being an integral member of the Customer Service Team, your main priority is to contribute effectively and efficiently in assisting and maintaining a high standard of customer service satisfaction with customers while meeting organisational KPI's.

Key responsibilities

- Answering of general and more specific customer enquiries in relation to products, delivery times, fabric samples etc.
- Reviewing and taking customer orders over the phone.
- Accurate generation of customer quotations.
- Accurate generation of customer orders.
- Assisting with product information and troubleshooting enquiries.
- Effective record keeping on customer records during each contact.
- Liaising with suppliers for manufacturing updates and enquiries.
- Liaising with freight carriers for freight and delivery enquiries.
- Liaising with various organisational departments.




- Assessing and submitting faulty product rework requests when required.

About you

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
