As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team to manage increasing workloads. We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Accounting & Finance division, focusing on clients in Western Australia, contributing to our future success towards 2025.

You will have a robust client base with loyal relationships, spanning from SMEs to large multinationals. Many clients are experiencing organic growth, and their 2025 pipeline looks promising, offering excellent opportunities.

This role offers unlimited earning potential without geographical or salary restrictions, valuing relationship-building and success.





Based in Perth CBD on St George Terrace, our office is conveniently located near transport, cafes, and social spots.

In this role, you will:

- Receive 25 days paid annual leave
- Get a fully expensed mobile phone
- Earn a base salary of $85,000-$100,000+ depending on experience
- Receive commission up to 50% (OTE $200k)
- Work 2 days from home
- Enjoy adaptable start/finish times
- Participate in annual bonuses, team incentives, and ongoing training
- Work in a business casual environment
