Little Sister is a growing artisanal bakery producing handcrafted breads, pastries, and baked goods fresh every day across our multiple retail stores and wholesale operation.

We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our production team in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

About the Role

- Mixing, shaping, baking, and preparing artisan breads and bakery products
- Working with fresh doughs and high-quality ingredients
- Following production schedules and recipes with consistency and care
- Experience working with commercial bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and other production equipment.
- Taking responsibility and ownership of your products from preparation through to completion
- Working closely with the team to ensure production runs smoothly and to a high standard
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and production standards
- Early morning and weekend availability required

What We’re Looking For





- At least 3 years of experience in a production baking environment (essential)
- Passion for artisan baking and quality products
- Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the end product
- Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently as part of a team
- Robust attention to detail and consistency
- Willingness to take responsibility for your work and contribute positively to the wider team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business
