At Camera House we operate our own warehouse, stocking more than 1,800 products, from accessories and films to exclusive imports and photographic equipment.

About the Role

As a Photographic Lab Technician/Salesperson at Camera House, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and expertise to our customers, helping them find the perfect solutions for their printing and photography needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide knowledgeable advice and service on all our printing and film developing services, photographic equipment and accessories.
- Assist customers with product selection,



demonstrating a strong understanding of features and benefits.
- Assisting in inventory management and stock control tasks.
- Collaborating with your colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
- Maintain the store’s presentation and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest photography trends and product developments.
- Handle customer inquiries, including technical questions and after-sales support.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to our customers.
- A passion for printing and photography and familiarity with various types of camera equipment and a desire to showcase your passion for being the best in class.
- Thrive on solving problems, whilst drawing from your retail or customer service skills.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous retail experience in a photographic or electronics environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
