About the Role

You’ll be working in a hands‑on role assisting with the lifting, leveling, and replacement of stumps under houses. This is a physically demanding job that requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to detail. You’ll be supporting experienced restumpers on a variety of job sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with lifting and leveling homes
- Help remove and install stumps (timber, steel, or concrete)
- Operate tools and equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols on site
- Keep work areas clean and organized





Requirements

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Previous labouring or construction experience preferred (but not essential)
- Driver’s license and reliable transport
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
