We areseekinga highly capable Executive Officer to providehigh‑levelexecutive, secretariat, administrative and project support to senior leaders within theBusiness Services and Projectteam.
This is a dynamic role requiring sound judgement,discretionand strong organisational skills. You will work across a diverse range of complex matters, coordinating priorities, managing information flows and supporting effectivedecision‑makingat senior executive level.
AboutTheRole
In this role,you’llprovide high level executive support, including diary and mailbox management, correspondence, travelarrangementsand records management.
You will act as a first point of contact, exercising confidentiality and discretion to triage and prioritise issues appropriately.
You’llregularly prepare and coordinate briefings, submissions, reports and correspondence on complex policy and operational matters, including material for executive and Ministerial consideration; and deliver secretariat support to executive teams and committees, including agendas, papers,minutesand action tracking.
You’lllead the coordination of projects,researchand information to support branch priorities; as well as the development, implementation of efficient office management,dataand records systems.

- You are a confident and professional executive support specialist who thrives in fast paced environments.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information clearly and concisely.
- You’reknown for your excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a customer focused mindset.
- With sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive matters, key to your success in this role will be an understanding of the Machinery of Government and public sector operating environments.
- This is a challenging and varied role supporting senior decision makers, offering the opportunity to gain experience in supporting high-profile initiatives across NSW creative, tourism and cultural sectors.
