Franchise Sales | Pathway to Regional Manager
Hybrid Role + $80,000 (base) + Super + Company Vehicle + Great Performance Incentives

We're an established cleaning franchise operating across Australia and Current Zealand, looking for a proven Business Development Manager in Sydney.

This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role. You'll sell residential cleaning businesses (typically $20,000 – $60,000+ investments) to people looking to become business owners, then help them get up and running. The sale is the start of the relationship, not the end.

What you'll do

- Manage and convert franchise sales leads through calls, presentations and meetings
- Understand each prospect's goals, present the opportunity honestly, and close
- Manage your pipeline and CRM
- Onboard new franchisees and support them as they establish their businesses
- Quote and win cleaning work, then allocate it to franchisees

Who you are





An experienced salesperson with a track record of selling higher-value products or services ($20,000–$60,000+). You listen well, build trust quickly, sell on value rather than price, and are confident negotiating and closing. You're organised, independent, follow systems, and want a long-term career.

What we offer

$80,000 + super, company vehicle, and a three-tier incentive structure (up to $1,350 per successful franchise sold)

We believe a capable BDM can realistically build to around two franchise sales per month. As you develop a strong track record and broader operational skills, there's a clear route into Regional Management.
