Located next door to GoodLife Gym Bundall, Espresso Bar Bundall is a busy, fast-paced café known for quality coffee, smoothies, friendly service, and a strong base of loyal regular customers.

Experienced Barista Position

Applicants for the Barista / All Rounder role MUST:

- Have previous café/barista experience, minimum 1 year
- Be confident operating a commercial coffee machine independently
- Be capable of handling coffee machine operation during busy periods without supervision.

This is NOT a beginner barista position.

Positions Available

1. Experienced Barista / All Rounder

25+ Hours Per Week

We are looking for an experienced café all-rounder who can confidently handle a busy café environment while consistently delivering high-quality coffee and customer service. Only Experienced Baristas will Progress to an interview.

About the Role

- Coffee and beverage preparation
- Customer service and engaging with regular customers
- Food preparation and presentation
- General café duties and cleaning
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Supporting a positive and skilled team environment

Weekend flexibility is highly preferred on a fair rotational basis!!

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Barista / All Rounder

- Previous café/barista experience is absolutely essential. Do not apply if you are still learning!!
- Ability to confidently make quality espresso coffee consistently is a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, motivated, and well presented
- Good understanding of café workflow and operations

Additional Requirements

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including a fair weekend roster
- Reliable transport or live close by is highly preferred due to early starts and shift requirements. Unfortunately public transportation is not ideal or reliable with the early starts as previously proven! Please do NOT apply if you are relying on public transport due to living to far away.
- Strong English communication skills are essential due to the customer-facing nature of the role.
