The Role

As a Building Services Revit Modeller, you’ll play a key role in the delivery and coordination of building services models across a broad range of projects. Based in our Spring Hill office, you’ll work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop accurate, well-coordinated Revit models and documentation that support strong project outcomes from concept through to completion.

We’re keeping this opportunity open to candidates with Revit modelling experience across building services, including mechanical, fire, electrical and hydraulic services. You’ll work alongside engineers and designers to support project teams and help shape practical, buildable solutions through effective modelling and documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering BIM modelling and documentation across building services projects

Developing and coordinating Revit models across mechanical, fire, electrical and hydraulic services

Preparing and updating project documentation in line with project standards and delivery requirements

Collaborating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders

Supporting clash detection, model reviews, and design coordination activities

Ensuring models and documentation align with BIM standards, project workflows, and client requirements

Contributing to project coordination and successful delivery across all stages of design

What You’ll Bring

Relevant qualification in building design, drafting, engineering, or a related field

Experience in BIM modelling within a building services environment

Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and experience working in BIM environments

Experience or strong exposure across one or more building services disciplines, including mechanical, fire, electrical and hydraulic services

Knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination processes, and documentation requirements

Experience with clash detection and model review tools such as Navisworks is highly regarded

Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills

A proactive, solutions‑focused approach

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
