Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer familiar to the construction industry to implement new processes and systems, and take ownership of running all aspects of a full-function accounts payable role.
You will be responsible for:
- Matching invoices to Purchase Orders to process in Databuild
- Liaising with estimating & drafting team where required
- Management of 'accounts' inbox
- Primary contact to answer suppliers & subcontractors queries
- Complying with approvals process for payments
- Ensuring timely & accurate processing of weekly & monthly payment runs
- Archiving of digital documents with Companion software
- Management of progress stage-claims & debt control
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Databuild or similar construction software
- Experience in MYOB or similar accounting software
