Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Sydney, NSW. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building robust customer relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily duties include handling inquiries, generating leads, following up with existing clients, and assisting with the sales process to achieve business growth targets. Collaboration with the sales team and service excellence will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications





- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with the cable distribution or manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
- Previous experience in the electrical industry highly regarded
