This is a rare opportunity to join PK27 Performance Medicine and the Melbourne Sports Injury Group (MSIG) in a energetic, patient-facing role that blends medical administration, nursing support, and innovation in modern medicine.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients across sports injury management, performance medicine, and advanced testing, playing a pivotal role in how these programs are delivered and experienced. From reception and patient coordination to blood collection, epigenomic testing, and supporting the rollout of IV therapy services, this role sits at the centre of two fast-evolving clinical environments.

- PK27 is a rapidly expanding performance-focused medical and longevity program, working at the intersection of sports medicine, advanced diagnostics, and modern preventative health.
- MSIG is an established Sports Medicine practice with a significant emphasis on management of arthritis with injectables, PRP and HA. Venesection and the handling of blood products is common.

We are looking for a vibrant, front-facing medical administrator / nurse to become a core part of our growing team. This is not a static desk role — it’s an evolving, hands-on position where you’ll help shape how a next-generation medical program operates.

Role

This is a hybrid medical administration and clinical support role, including:





- Front-of-house reception and patient coordination
- Medical administration and scheduling across multiple clinic locations
- Assisting with blood collection (standard pathology + epigenomic testing)
- Supporting the rollout and operation of an IV therapy program (vitamins, peptides, longevity therapies)
- Clinical assistance within a sports injury and performance medicine setting
- Liaison with clinicians, laboratories, and external providers
- Helping build and refine systems as the clinic scales

You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, think critically, and contribute ideas — not just follow scripts.

Who We’re Looking For

We care more about energy, attitude, and communication skills than a perfect CV.

You might be:

- A registered nurse (EN or RN) looking for something more dynamic than hospital work
- A medical administrator with strong clinical exposure
- Someone early in their career who wants to grow fast

You are:

- Warm, confident, articulate, and genuinely enjoy dealing with people
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
- Curious, motivated, and excited by innovation in medicine
- Comfortable taking initiative and responsibility

Experience with injectables or IV therapy is an advantage, but not essential. If you’re keen, switched on, and teachable — we’ll train you.
