We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Project Administrator to join a busy and dynamic team on a 6-month temp contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator with strong contract management and reporting experience who thrives in a quick-paced environment.
About the Role
As the Contracts & Project Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting contract administration, financial processing, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contracts, reporting, and project administration activities are managed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial processing and administrative support
- Assist with contract engagement activities and documentation
- Collate, monitor and maintain end-of-month (EOM) reporting
- Update and maintain work order registers, spreadsheets and Power BI reports
- Prepare and manage contract-related correspondence
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and distribute meeting minutes
- Monitor and manage shared contract inboxes
- Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar support role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong record-keeping and document management capabilities
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Experience working with reporting systems, spreadsheets, and Power BI will be highly regarded
