We currently have one (1) permanent full-time position available for immediate filling.
About the Role
Join our Human Resources Business Partnering team and play a key role in delivering strategic, customer-focused HR solutions that support our leaders and workforce. As part of a dynamic team, you will provide expert advice across a broad range of HR functions while building solid partnerships with stakeholders to drive positive people outcomes.
To succeed in this position, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience delivering complex HR services in a senior HR role.
Proven capability in managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues and provide practical, risk-based advice.
Excellent communication, consultation and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and collaborative approach to business partnering.
Leadership Behaviours are applicable to this role, and you are expected to demonstrate the relevant behaviours aligned to the context of Personal Leadership.
Eligibility To Apply
Must be an Australian Citizen or hold permanentresidency to be considered for permanent appointments or hold a working visa covering the term of the contract (proof must be provided with your application) to be eligible for this position.
National Police Certificate
A condition of employment for new employees of DFES is that a currentNational Police Certificate(less than 3 months old) is provided prior to commencement.
