The Role

As a Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you will work closely with our Sales Team to provide our customers with tailored finance and insurance solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing all aspects of vehicle finance and insurance transactions
- Structuring finance solutions to suit individual customer needs
- Presenting finance, insurance and protection products professionally
- Working closely with our Sales Consultants and Sales Managers
- Assisting with deal structuring and double closing opportunities




- Achieving agreed finance, insurance and departmental KPIs
- Ensuring all finance applications and documentation are accurate and compliant
- Maintaining the highest standards of responsible lending and regulatory compliance
- Developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Contributing positively to the overall performance of the dealership

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Previous automotive industry experience
- At least 12 months experience within automotive sales, finance or a similar customer focused role
- Previous Business Manager experience will be highly regarded
- A strong understanding of finance and insurance products
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- A demonstrated ability to achieve targets and KPIs
- A professional and customer focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
- The drive to succeed in a high performance dealership
