Core Responsibilities & Technical Skills-

ServiceNow CI/CD Architect Expertise: Implementing end-to-end DevOps for ServiceNow apps, moving beyond Update Sets to Scoped Applications.

Source Control & Versioning (GitHub, Confluence): Managing Git branching strategies, pulling code, and documenting pipelines in Confluence.

Pipeline Automation (Jenkins, Docker): Building Jenkins pipelines that run ATF, manage ART (Artifacts), and use Docker containers for build agents.

Integration & Monitoring (NewRelic, Vectr, Jira): Tracking deployment metrics with NewRelic, ensuring security compliance with Vectr, and managing tasks/backlogs via Jira.

API & Scripting: Leveraging ServiceNow CI/CD APIs to connect third-party tools.
