About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a commercial office portfolio, ensuring properties are operating efficiently, tenants are supported and budgets are effectively managed.
- Managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial office assets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, contractors and service providers
- Preparing and managing operating budgets, forecasts and expenditure reporting
- Coordinating maintenance, capital works and compliance activities
- Assisting with lease administration, tenant retention and occupancy strategies
About You
To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager within commercial property
- Strong understanding of lease management, budgeting and financial reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience managing contractors and building services providers
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Australian driver's licence and relevant property qualifications (preferred)
