Bendigo Health is seeking a Clinical Safety Practice Lead to provide subject matter expertise and coordinate strategies to reduce restrictive practices and support protected clinical interventions across mental health inpatient units. The role will work with the Mental Health Professional Development Unit and report to the unit manager where support is provided.

You will support practice development, capacity building across units, and contribute to reducing restrictive interventions in the Emergency
