NCH Australia is seeking a competitive, confident, and self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our growth-oriented Business Development Candidacy Program within the Facilities Division.

Initially, this role will function as an Outside B2B Sales Representative, selling a variety of water treatment, wastewater, and scenting solutions to new and existing customers within commercial and institutional settings.

After developing their own territory and successfully completing the program, the individual will transition into a Sales Management position, focused on the growth, development, and retention of Outside B2B Sales Representatives across Australia.

Requirements

- Outgoing and motivated personality
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and coachable attitude
- History of personal, professional, and organizational stability
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills




- Sales experience is not essential to be successful in this role
- Valid full Driver's License and reliable transportation required
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Basic computer skills and internet access
