We are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry‑leading Graduate Program kicking off January 2026 with roles available in Robina. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community. As a Speechie in our team you will help participants from age 6 to 65 across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC.

Day‑to‑day You Will

- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients’ homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms.
- Collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop creative solutions for your clients.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

mentorship by a discipline‑specific 1:1 supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab.
- Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling.

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
- A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain).
