Hoppers Cabinets is looking for a full-time Drafter to join our team.

We’re a detail-driven cabinetry business delivering custom kitchens, storage and selected commercial projects, with a strong focus on quality, clear communication and running jobs properly from start to finish.

This role would suit someone with cabinetry industry experience who understands how jobs come together on paper and in production. We’re looking for someone who can support drafting, prepare clear job documentation, maintain quality standards, and work closely with the team to keep projects organised and moving.

Hoppers Cabinets is looking for a full-time Drafter to join our team.

Key responsibilities

- drafting and job documentation

- interpreting plans and preparing cabinetry details for production

- preparing accurate and organised information for the factory team





- supporting production co-ordination and day-to-day organisation

- maintaining attention to detail and quality across the work

- communicating clearly with the team to keep jobs on track

About you

- drafting experience in cabinetry is preferred

- a capable cabinet maker looking to step into a drafting role will also be considered

- understands cabinetry construction, production processes and job flow

- is organised, detail-focused and takes pride in quality work

- thinks ahead, spots issues early and helps keep things moving

- communicates clearly and works well with others

- is reliable, practical and happy to be part of a small team

- can take ownership of their work and maintain standards without constant supervision
