We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Education Advisor to join our team on a full-time, 12-month maximum-term contract covering a period of parental leave, commencing in August 2026.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional who is ready to take their knowledge beyond a single service and use their expertise to support educators, influence learning environments and contribute to the wider Early Childhood sector.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be Bellbird's internal Early Childhood Education specialist, working collaboratively across our Sales, Product and Marketing teams.

Drawing on your practical experience and industry knowledge, you will:

Support our Sales team with educational expertise, including customer meetings, proposals, centre fitouts and product recommendations.

Curate early learning spaces and provide recommendations that consider pedagogy, developmental outcomes and relevant frameworks.

Develop and deliver high-value professional development sessions for educators and customers.

Create engaging educational content including articles, blogs, videos, product resource cards, training materials and learning-space guides.

Work closely with our Product team to strengthen our range and connect products with educational purpose, developmental benefits and Early Years Learning Framework outcomes.





Represent Bellbird at conferences, networking events and industry functions.

Share your knowledge internally, helping our wider team better understand the Early Childhood sector, emerging trends and the needs of educators.

Build strong industry relationships and help further establish Bellbird as a trusted Early Childhood Education partner.

About You

This role could be an exciting next step if you are an experienced Centre Director, Educational Leader, Area Manager, Operations Manager or senior Early Childhood qualified looking to use your experience in a different way.

You will ideally bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Childhood Services with additional studies.

At least 5 years' experience as an Early Years Educator.

Leadership, mentoring or operational experience within the Early Childhood sector.

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, early childhood development and current industry practices.

Experience creating or curating learning environments, selecting educational resources and/or contributing to centre fitouts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence presenting, facilitating training and sharing your knowledge with others.

Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility with educators and industry stakeholders.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of how great educational outcomes and great customer experiences can work together.

A curious, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

The ability to work autonomously,



manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.

Experience with content creation, Canva and/or professional development delivery would be highly regarded.

Position: Early Childhood Education Advisor
Location: Lynbrook, Victoria
Employment: Full-Time – 38 hours per week
Contract: Maximum-Term Contract – Parental Leave Replacement
Commencement: August 2026
Anticipated Duration: Approximately 12 months
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation

The role is primarily office-based in Lynbrook. Some local and interstate travel will be required from time to time for customer visits, fitouts, conferences and industry events.
