- Own and optimise clinic technology platforms, including the booking system, VISIA Skin Analysis System and client data processes
- Train teams and troubleshoot technology and process issues
- Lead operational compliance across council permits, medical and clinical requirements, infection control, safety protocols, incident management and audit readiness
- Manage clinic-specific suppliers, consumables, inventory, treatment COGs and clinical equipment maintenance
- Create processes that minimise waste and downtime
- Lead the operational delivery of new brands, technologies and treatments
- Coordinate product and back-bar set-up, systems configuration and compliance documentation
- Act as the operational lead for new MECCA Aesthetica locations
- Build scalable processes and coordinate technology, equipment, regulatory approvals and post-launch support
- Conduct regular clinic visits to provide hands-on support and identify operational improvements
- Partner with the Head of MECCA Aesthetica, Aesthetica Sales Manager and clinic teams

Requirements

- 5+ years’ operations management experience, preferably within a clinic
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple systems and processes
- Experience implementing new solutions and optimising existing ways of working
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver to deadlines
- Financial acumen, including budget management,
