Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Salary: £29,500 | Full-Time | Discounted Childcare + Christmas Closure + Pension Scheme

What You'll Need

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting




- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- A warm, nurturing, and child-centred approach to education and care
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for helping children develop and thrive

Key Responsibilities

- Create a secure, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, creative activities that support developmental goals
- Build positive, open relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Monitor and record children’s progress, contributing to learning journals and assessments
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the room and wider nursery
- Maintain a high standard of care, hygiene, and safeguarding at all times
