We are growing and looking for a Talent Partner/Recruiter with genuine APAC recruitment experience to join our fun, dynamic, and fast-paced team. If you've hired across multiple APAC markets, understand the nuances of recruiting in different countries, and thrive on building relationships that get results, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

Partner with clients across APAC to understand their hiring needs and source top talent in-market

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple countries, from sourcing to placement

Navigate different hiring norms, talent pools, and market conditions across the region





Use creative strategies to attract talent across varied industries and geographies

Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients across different cultures and markets

Collaborate with a supportive team while working remotely

Proven experience recruiting across multiple APAC countries, not just domestically

Ability to manage multiple roles and projects across regions while keeping everything on track

A self-starter who can work autonomously but also enjoys being part of a team
