Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is seeking a Chef de Partie to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru. The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) with post-apprenticeship kitchen experience in large food operations.
You'll work with a team of passionate chefs, contribute to menu planning, and support with stock, scheduling and kitchen flow, in a agile resort setting.
