We're looking for a Licensed Electrician with SAA solar and battery accreditation as well as 3rd and 4th year apprentices who want to do their best work in a company that actually values it.

The role

As Team Leader, you'll lead a crew of installers on premium residential solar and battery projects across South East Queensland. You'll be hands-on,



you'll own the quality of every job you lead, and you'll have the full backing of an experienced Installation Manager and a business that runs tight operationally.

Day to day you'll be:

- Leading your crew on residential solar and battery installations
- Completing QC sign-off on every job to Paramount Energy standards
- Managing site safety and ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and CEC guidelines
- Working across a variety of system types and configurations on quality homes
- Driving to our Newstead office and using our work truck for installations

What we're looking for

- Queensland Electrical Licence (essential)
- SAA Solar and Battery accreditation (essential)" "
