Your role will include
- Lead and encourage a small team of dedicated therapists, promote a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Support new graduate and junior therapists, assisting in training, providing mentorship and educational programs.
- Work closely with leadership and management to contribute to the growth and development.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with at least two years of experience
- Full clean drivers license and vehicle
- AHPRA Registered
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
