Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor to partner with retail leaders across NSW/ACT store network. Based at Preston Support Office with one day work from home, you will provide practical, hands‑on advice on performance, conduct, grievances and employee relations, and lead a direct report.
You will need robust ER capability, sound judgement, coaching and influence, with knowledge of employment legislation and Enterprise Agreements. Travel to NSW/ACT as required.
