Zinfra is seeking a Faults Operations Facilitator to support fault response activities across the electricity distribution network. You will work with field crews, Duty Officers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure faults, outages and emergencies are responded to safely, efficiently and with customer focus.
You will coordinate resource allocation, monitor fault response, manage operational information in enterprise systems, and support timely restoration of essential services to communities.
