Job Description

Work Caravans, a leading Australian caravan manufacturing business, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web and Digital Designer / IT Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role is based at our office in Molendinar, Gold Coast, operating on a full-time basis (38 hours per week). The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our digital presence, optimising our online operations, and contributing to our product development through sophisticated design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Website Development & Management: Design, develop, and maintain our WordPress websites, incorporating advanced functionalities such as AI automation, integrated chatbot systems, a comprehensive WooCommerce spare parts platform with Square payment gateway integration, and a QR Code-based product assistance system.
- Digital Marketing, Analytics & Social Media: Establish and manage corporate social media profiles and Google Business accounts, leveraging AI for content and performance optimisation.
- Product Design & Visualisation: Utilise Fusion 360 or equivalent software for product design and the creation of detailed floorplan layouts.
- Documentation & Integration: integrate Company manuals and policy documents into digital platforms for enhanced accessibility and compliance.
- Logistics Systems:



Implement a barcode scanning system with remote access capabilities into our existing Inventory management system to support a robust stock control system.
- Remote Monitoring Solutions: Configure and oversee remote vehicle monitoring systems, specifically utilising Victron Energy VRM.
- IT Infrastructure & Workflow Optimisation: Establish and maintain office networking infrastructure and implement efficient workflow management programs.
- Advertising & Graphic Design: Create impactful and high-quality advertising layouts and various graphic design projects.
- IT Support: Provide day-to-day IT assistance as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in WordPress website design, development, and maintenance, with experience in e-commerce, forms, and advanced integrations.
- SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with AI automation tools applied to web and social media management.
- Advanced skills in 3D design software, particularly Fusion 360 or equivalent.
- Familiarity with stock control systems, barcode scanning technologies, and remote access solutions.
- Experience with remote monitoring platforms, preferably Victron Energy VRM.
- Solid understanding of IT networking principles and workflow optimisation software.
- Exceptional graphic design capabilities for advertising and corporate collateral.
