Kasmo Design is a Melbourne-based design and product house behind a portfolio of accessory brands, including Morgan & Taylor. We're a small, hands-on in-house team - everyone works closely together, and this role will work directly alongside our GM, our Production Manager, and our design team.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Coordinator to become the day-to-day engine room of our customer, order, and range process. This is a newly created role, and it's genuinely needed - alongside being the main point of contact for our customers, you'll help build our seasonal ranges from a commercial buying perspective: selecting stock and developed product, setting quantities, preparing samples for customer presentation, and tracking what's actually selling. You'll work closely with our Production Manager (who handles overseas sourcing and purchasing) and our design team, reporting directly to our GM. What You'll Do

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer orders, stock availability, and delivery timing queries

- Process and manage customer orders from confirmation through to dispatch, keeping everything on track

- Help build seasonal range assortments - selecting stock and developed product, setting buy quantities, and balancing the range across price points

- Manage samples once they arrive in-house - logging, organising, and maintaining the sample library (our Production Manager handles sample ordering with factories)





- Prepare and manage samples for customer presentations, trade shows, and sales appointments

- Track sell-through and customer feedback, using that data to inform reorders and future buy decisions

- Coordinate with our Production Manager and warehouse team to confirm stock and delivery timeframes for customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our wholesale and retail customers, handling reorders and account queries

- Maintain accurate customer order records, range data, and product information across our systems

- Support the wider product team with day-to-day administration and reporting

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years' experience in a customer service, account coordination, buying, or order management role - fashion, footwear, or accessories experience highly regarded

- A commercial eye - comfortable making buy and range decisions based on sales data and customer feedback

- Solid organisational skills and comfort managing multiple customer accounts and orders at once

- A confident, personable communicator - you'll be the face of the business for our customers

- Proficiency in Excel; experience with order management or CRM systems a bonus

- A proactive, "get it done" attitude - this role has real ownership from day one
