About the Role

As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting curriculum development, and fostering a positive, team-oriented learning environment. You will work closely with the service leadership team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuous improvement across the service.

What You’ll Bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A professional and friendly personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
