Having just embarked on our ambitious newstrategy, LN Next, now is the perfect time to join our team as we continueworking to provide our customers with our unique and tailored services andprograms.
We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated InclusionCoach, part-time on a fixed-term basis to 30 June 2027, to support ourAll-Abilities Workforce and Sector Support Program and help ensure thateveryone has a fair chance to thrive!
This role is proudly hosted by Regional Sport Assembly,Sport North East (Wangaratta), a division of The Centre for ContinuingEducation.

Your New Role!
Our Inclusion Coaches are responsible for engaging andconnecting with their local community sporting clubs and schools, with thepurpose of removing barriers and increasing opportunities for people withdisability to engage in sport and active recreation.
The Inclusion Coach will work very closely with our partnersto deliver training, provide support and raise awareness of the 'Sport4All' and'Learning & Development Hub' programs and resources, to educate and drivemore programs throughout regional Victoria.
Inclusion Coaches utilise their lived experience (ifapplicable), insights and knowledge to achieve best-practice inclusion outcomesand work collaboratively with host Regional Sport Assemblies to identify andbring to life opportunities for all-ability programs within theircommunity.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previousexperience in a sports-related field, ideally with a community healthand/or disability lens
- Personalor lived experience with disability would be advantageous
- Acustomer-focused approach, with the proven ability to develop positiveworking relationships both face-to-face and remotely
- Excellentcommunication skills,
with demonstrated experience engaging with a varietyof stakeholders using a range of communication tools, including email,verbal communication, report writing and presentations
- Priorexperience in public speaking utilising assistive technologies and/orcommunication boards
- Exceptionalorganisational skills, with demonstrated experience working independentlyto set and achieve priorities and deadlines
- Excellentadministrative skills, including competency with Microsoft Office
- Acurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Acurrent Working With Children Check Employee card (or willingness toobtain)
- Evidenceof at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination
