JV Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Carpenters for ongoing work with a well-established residential construction company based in Warwick, Queensland. This is a great opportunity for qualified Carpenters looking to secure consistent, long-term work close to home. The role is based within a purpose-built manufacturing facility, where high-quality custom homes are constructed in a controlled environment before being transported to their final locations. The work involves a range of residential carpentry, including timber framing, wall and roof construction, internal fit-outs, cladding, fix-out and finishing work. Carpenters will work from plans and drawings while producing quality workmanship to a high standard. With projects ranging from standard residential homes through to larger acreage and custom-designed homes,



this is an excellent prospect for Carpenters who enjoy varied work and want to be part of a professional team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Qualified Carpenter with a completed Carpentry Certificate III
- Previous residential carpentry experience
- Experience with timber framing and residential construction
- Competent using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and work from plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety

WHAT YOU'LL GET

- $50 - $60 per hour + super
- Additional $22.41 daily travel allowance
- Additional meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
- Time and a half and double-time rates for overtime
- Weekly pay
