The Payroll Agency is looking for a temporary resource for an on-going period of minimum of 6 months for a large manufacturing business.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into Enterprise Agreements and modern awards, ensuring complex terms are correctly interpreted and applied across payroll. You’ll also review and analyse time capture systems, identifying discrepancies, improving accuracy, and supporting compliance with workplace legislation.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and Fair Work requirements
- Experience with payroll systems and time/attendance platforms
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical payroll concepts clearly with both HR and Finance teams

At this stage it is a minimum of 6 months but on-going due to a large time & attendance project kicking off in the recent year.
- Testing for time and attendance project is highly desirable but not essential.
In return you will receive approx. $50/hour + Super - this can be flexible for the right person and can be more. They are based in the CBD but hybrid, in office a couple days a week.
