Role
Working closely with Directors and project teams, you will lead projects while contributing to studio leadership and client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex architectural projects through all stages
- Managing clients, consultants, and project teams
- Overseeing design quality and technical documentation
- Mentoring architects and graduate team members
- Supporting business development and client engagement
- Contributing to studio leadership and project strategy
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Extensive experience within an Australian architecture practice
- Architectural registration
- Strong project leadership capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A team-oriented leadership style and passion for mentoring others
