This is the paid media role that actually sits at the intersection of storytelling, creatives, and media buying.

As a strategist, you will be a hands‑on resource to support day‑to‑day execution. You’ll handle thinking, client relationships, strategy, and mentorship, leading some of the well‑recognised, Tier 1 Australian brands across eCommerce and lead generation, predominantly in paid social (Meta, TikTok) and Google.

They want someone who understands the connection between creative performance, audience behaviour, and commercial outcomes, and not just someone who can read ROAS or metrics. More importantly, it’s about scaling, testing, and pushing the boundaries of what performance marketing can do when it’s done right. You will also work closely with the creative team to brief them on what works and what needs to change,



and report to the Head of Paid Media to build better processes and automations across growth and creative functions.

Ideal Candidate

- 5+ years in paid media, including agency experience
- Deep platform expertise across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Experience working with creative teams and briefing designers/creators
- Managed paid media budgets of $50K+ per month
- Strong analytical skills and data‑driven mindset
- Comfortable client‑facing with good stakeholder management experience
