Sentinel Property Group in Brisbane is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support NAAS construction projects from tender handover through to final account. You will work alongside the Project Manager and Preconstruction Lead, owning the commercial position on assigned projects and flag risks early.

Responsibilities include reviewing tenders, administering contracts, assessing claims and variations, turning budgets and forecasts into monthly reports, and closing projects with final accounts.
