Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Property, Procurement & Capital Projects ANZ, you’ll oversee Abano’s Australian property portfolio, coordinating property projects and managing day‑to‑day facilities operations. This is a hands‑on role combining project delivery, facilities management, contractor oversight and stakeholder engagement across a multi‑site network.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver property projects including new practice set‑ups, refurbishments, relocations, expansions and closures
- Coordinate MARS project teams to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes
- Manage repairs, maintenance and capital works efficiently and cost‑effectively
- Oversee contractors and service providers across cleaning, security, maintenance and utilities
- Mitigate property‑related risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Partner closely with practices, support office teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar facilities or project coordination role
- Proven experience managing multi‑site facilities
- Strong understanding of building services, compliance and contractor management
- Highly organised, delivery‑focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and gets things done
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Project Management or a related field
