Salary Range: AUD $80,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation

About the role

Artisan Digital Pty Ltd is seeking two full time UI/UX Designers to join our digital design team in Mentone, Victoria.

The successful applicants will help plan, design and prepare engaging web and digital product interfaces for internet publication, with a focus on user interface design, navigation, layout, usability, information structure and clear communication of content.

The successful applicants will be responsible for:

- Consulting with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to understand project objectives, user needs and design constraints.
- Researching and analysing user, business and functional requirements.
- Designing web and digital product interfaces with a focus on usability, navigation, layout, accessibility and responsive design.
- Preparing wireframes, prototypes, sketches, diagrams, layouts and design specifications.
- Creating interface designs using text, imagery, colour, typography, layout and interaction states.
- Producing design concepts and prototypes in tools such as Figma.
- Applying industry-standard design systems and guidelines, including Material Design,



Fluent Design System and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are feasible, production-ready and accurately implemented.

Selection criteria

Applicants must have:

- Tertiary-level qualifications in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, Web Design, UX/UI Design or a related field.
- Robust UI design, UX design and prototyping skills.
- Experience designing websites, web applications, digital products or transactional online interfaces.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with clients, stakeholders and developers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality design work in a team environment.
- Full-time Australian working rights on an ongoing basis.
