Pay range
A$113,574.00/yr - A$125,720.00/yr
About the Role
In this role, you’ll partner with leaders and teams to implement practical, people-centred programs that make a real impact, including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and the Workplace Adjustments Program. You’ll also contribute to the design and delivery of the Safety and Wellbeing Strategic Plan, help embed a culture of care and accountability, and guide recovery-at-work cases to ensure positive outcomes for employees and compliance with all relevant legislation.
Qualifications
- You have experience delivering workplace health, safety and wellbeing strategies, programmes and initiatives within a complex organisation.
- You possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships across all levels.
- You hold sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and contemporary best practice in workplace safety and wellbeing, including workers compensation and WHS legislation.
- As a qualified or accredited Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator (or equivalent), you bring experience managing recovery at work cases with empathy and professionalism.
- You hold tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety (minimum Certificate IV in WHS) or a related field, or are willing to undertake accreditation.
