The Company is seeking a VP, Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of its advanced machine learning and AI-driven digital twin technology for electricity grids. The successful candidate will be responsible for model build, QA, CS-defined deployment processes, contractor partner management, and deployment operations across the global utility customer base. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires a seasoned enterprise software delivery leader with a proven track record in scaling and operationalizing global implementation functions. The VP, Delivery will own the delivery P&L;, drive digital twin model quality, and standardization, and operationalize KPIs across the delivery function. They will also be tasked with building and leading global delivery teams, driving AI and automation adoption, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across all regions. Applicants for the VP, Delivery role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading delivery or implementation functions,



with at least 3 years at the VP or equivalent level in a global SaaS business. Experience in managing global delivery teams and a strong understanding of delivery economics are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in utility, energy, or heavy infrastructure customers and be familiar with US enterprise customer dynamics. The role requires a technically credible individual who is highly analytical, with a strong operational judgment, and an active user of AI tooling. The VP, Delivery will be expected to be based in Sydney, Australia, and be willing to travel internationally, with a primary focus on the US.
