- Leading search and digital shelf performance across retailer and marketplace platforms.
- Improving product discoverability through content,keywordsand searchoptimisation.
- Managing agency and platform partners.
- Monitoring content health, ratings,reviewsand availability.
- Delivering performance reporting,insightsand recommendations.
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales and Category teams on launches and campaigns.
- Driving digital content and asset best practice.
- Building digital shelf capability across the business.

The Ingredients for Success

- Experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, retail media, shoppermarketingora relatedfield.
- Understanding ofretailer search, sponsoredproductsand online merchandising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Experience working with agencies,platformsor technology partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
- FMCG, groceryretailor marketplace experience will be highly regarded.
