Bellwether are Principal Contractors who also provide Project Management expertise to private and government clients right across Australia.

Due to recent project wins we require Site Supervisors - Roads / Bridges / Water Infrastructure to join our team to carry out the supervision on our TMR and local council road rehabs, bridge upgrades, and water / wastewater / pipeline projects. Current project locations are within an easy commute from Brisbane, Ipswich, or Toowoomba.

We have a strong project pipeline ahead of us, work / life balance rosters, and above award salaries.

Projects we’ve successfully delivered include major road upgrades, flood recovery works, streetscapes, drainage, bulk earthworks, bridges, and water infrastructure.

We're after people who are professional, hands‑on, and come with exceptional planning and leadership skills.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

- At least 5-10 years’ experience as a Roads or Structures or Water / Pipelines Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / bridge / drainage / water projects
- Experience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projects




- Ability to read drawings
- Knowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systems
- Solid written/verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standards
- Any Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regarded
- Must be prepared to travel if required (Mon - Fri only)
