Shuffle.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help build industry-leading cryptocurrency gaming, sportsbook, and casino experiences. Working closely with Product Managers, the Product Design Lead, and technical teams, this role will be responsible for designing intuitive, responsive web and mobile experiences across the Shuffle ecosystem. The successful candidate will combine solid UX/UI expertise with a collaborative mindset to deliver user‑centred products that align with both business objectives and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

- Design innovative, responsive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Create seamless user experiences across Shuffle.com’s Sportsbook, Casino, and related products.
- Transform concepts into polished UX and UI designs from discovery through delivery.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
- Drive a user‑centred design approach throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape new features.
- Participate in ideation workshops and collaborative problem‑solving sessions.
- Advocate for iterative product design and continuous improvement.
- Validate concepts with users, gather feedback, and iterate based on insights.
- Maintain and expand the Shuffle Design System.
- Develop and govern UI design patterns and reusable components.
- Ensure consistency across products and customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes,



standards, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 5–6 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or related design disciplines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design expertise.
- Experience designing complex digital products and responsive interfaces.
- Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex design challenges.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and development teams.
- Visual design or graphic design background is advantageous.
